While working as a contractor at Disneyland one time I got to visit the official Character Head Maintenance Room (they work on the heads and bodies separately for the costumed characters). Seeing a bunch of Disney character heads staring silently from shelves all about the room was one of the creepiest things I've ever seen...! Pity I wasn't allowed to take pictures.
