So this is kinda a long story. Brawny (the colt) used to be a fully grown stallion. Then he met up with maplegleam who made Auric ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9200565/ ) for him to wear/be. He grew too attached to being Auric, and even developed a full personality separate of his own.

Neither Brawny nor Auric wanted to go away. Maple came up with a solution. Split them permanently, problem is they both had to become foals again.

Brawny is the typical colt, loves to play rough and get dirty.
Auric is the exact opposite, she's a preening prissy little filly. Her favorite pass time is polishing herself, she's never without a soft rag and some polish.

As you can see here, Auric is overly shined and has even begun to sparkle. Brawny is just being a bit of a pest and taunting his sister.
