Not exactly furry, at least not yet, but this is essentially chapter one of a story idea using a different brand of magic than what I'm used to. I had fun with it, so expect to see more as it comes. Feel absolutely free to comment and critique. At this point, suggestions for direction and such would be IMMENSELY helpful. This is probably my first attempt at fantasy not in some way related to Dungeons and Dragons.
