I have a small bit of advice. The trick was that I would trace my pattern onto the fur and then left a half inch extra when cutting the pieces out to ensure enough space for sewing. Also, before sewing the peace sign to the body, I sewed-in the inner peach-colored parts of the peace sign so that I would have one solid piece of fur to work with when sewing it on. I often turn the body rightside-out the check my work and see how the spot/stripe really looks before placing on another spot or stripe. I hope that helps you!
