I just thought of the title and how it sounds like you're saying "Hush, Devon." I like it. I did two doodles of them tonight but this was the one I finished first. Still gonna get the other done soon! I had to do a colored picture of them. I can so see Devon dying his hair or doing whatever Hush wants him to do to look nice. Like wearing more blue.
I love these two. They have always been, and always will be, one of the best character couples out there, at least to me. Heart-Break + Blind-Love, leads to one interesting pair. And not to mention they've been on and off for about 10 years now.

I just... I love this so much, fuck ;_; devon sitting on hush's lap is so sweet, and their poses and interaction are perfect, not to mention the size difference is spot on with little shorty devon and tall lanky hush. I feel silly now for saying I could send you more refs of hush because girl you don't even need them, he looks stunning! everything about him is just right; the wool coat, his over-sized tail with stars in it, the horn hair accessory he and lulu like to wear, the bit of extra fluff around his feet, markings, everything. and that spiked garter belt is SO something he would wear, along with the little pearl + star strands in his foot fluff, how did you even know he has those?! I swear you are so observant of little details, you've really stepped up your game with everything you've been doing lately. I love that devon has on a collar and hush is holding onto the leash, it's so insanely fitting for them. and their expressions, with hush and his perpetual blue steel lma but also with that hint of caring in it, and devon is just so, so, preciously happy. his little blush, aww. hush <3 devon and all his purple but I'm sure he would have fun dressing him up so they match sometimes, too. also star background augh I adore the colors you used for it, they compliment these two so well.

This is SO much more sparkly IRL too because my and Adam's scanners just eat the metallic shine! I hate that! It seems to always happen.
I just responded to your note over at FB and now I see this! I'm SO glad that I got Hush correct, I was worried that I didn't get it right and wanted to make sure I had his markings correct. I didn't have the exact colors to color him, or so I thought, but maybe I was wrong! I used a bunch of cool greys then added in some blues, purples, pinks, etc. And omg you noticed the star accessories around his frets! I noticed them ever so slightly in the image Nine did of the two of them sitting on the cloud. So happy I did capture most of his demeanor/coloring/etc. correctly! And I'm so happy you noticed the leash, I just thought it would be all too suiting ;) And oh how Devon would love being on the end of Hush's leash.... ;)

Look at all that curly wool! This is just lovely, the little details on both of them are so fabulous, all those little piercings, the jewelry, and the fishnet, the fishnet! I don't know how you managed such perfect lines for that stuff, I always go wide and it looks stretched.:( haha. What a wonderful couple, I really enjoy seeing their interactions.
Aw Malii thank you so, so much! It means worlds to me knowing you enjoy seeing their interactions! They have a very interesting and fun relationship, and I'm glad it shows. I love how you pick up on all the little details, like the piercings, jewelry and the fishnet. Idk how I do the fishnets like that, it just happens lol!! So much for you!
