The Albatross in the photo is the L-39C. Standard basic trainer for Soviet Union, Czechoslovakia and export. Originally designated L-39, but renamed L-39C when later variants appeared. Two pylons under wing. Approximately 2,260 built.

You can see one of the underwing stations on the right wing. There's also a gun pod on the underside of the fuselage.
