Hmm, only a minor error here. When you open the hood, the bumper is fixed and stays in place (its attached to the frame), the hood itself is hinged at the top of the bumper (or just behind the bumper)

On most of the trucks at work, the tranny dipstick is right next to the oil dipstick. We have a few Freightliners with Mercedes diesels and Cummins diesels, and a few with Cat diesels. Then the Mack trucks with the Renault engines (the two new Mack's have Cummins), and the old and weak Navistar engines in the Internationals.
