What if Mufasa had been with Zira instead of Sarabi?
Well I recon, if that had happened, everything would have turned out great for everyone! Scar would never have fallen for Zira and would have stayed with Sarafina and been a great dad for Nala. Mufasa would have saved Zira from insanity and Scars personality would not have rubbed off on her. Simba obviously looks different because of his new mother.
