I've cut off the tape and now have to do a bit more cutting on it to make sure it will lay out flat. I'll be cutting out the material shortly and will begin pinning it onto the head.
There is one more pic coming up soon of the foam had right after getting the tape off, but I left the black pieces on there (except for the mouth area).
