Well since he's the god of knowing everything I guess its sorta justifiable?? He's supposed to be a know it all then again yeah most daedra are like that which is pretty annoying..
I only like him cause he has a mega (scary) but awesome library. Helps fill out my hearth fire house with books. uwu that and he also sounds like the sloth god from dragon age which is pretty sweet. He's also heavily inspired by H.P. Lovecraft with the necronomicon and whatnot. I definitely enjoyed that.
On a random note sheogorath is a pretty cool dude.
