After she failed to bring back the 1st Place ribbons last year, Applejack had been working hard and training hard in order to reclaim her title next year. While she was no longer under any pressure of returning with the prize to help Ponyville, or even the acceptance of her friends, she still didn't want to lose again. Desperate, she tried to find ways to cut down time with her chores, her apple bucking, and so on to make more time to practice. This lead to ways she could reduce time for bathroom breaks.
At first, she was at a loss, as no matter how quickly she "did her business," it didn't feel quick enough. The pressures of losing again started to haunt her. That is, until she remembered that one time when Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and herself went to the beach. She remembered Fluttershy wearing a diaper the whole time during their visit. While hesitant, at first, she couldn't handle the pressure of losing anymore, and gave in to the idea.
She approached Fluttershy, asking if she had any spare diapers she could use. Fluttershy, confused at first about all this, decided to help, if only to ease her friend's burden. She gave Applejack a few thick-woven cloth diapers with button snaps attached. She explained to her that it would be easier than disposables, as these were reusable and only required some washing. It also would save her from embarrassing trips to the nearest pharmacy store to pick up more disposables. Applejack was thankful for Fluttershy's usual kindness, and went on her way back to Sweet Apple Acres to try them on, and get back to training.
Applejack, not wanting to be seen wearing a diaper out in the open, decided to spend the rest of her training sessions in the barn. While she tried to hold it in as long as she could to avoid using it, even she knew she couldn't let Nature wait forever. After looking around to be sure nopony was looking, she gave in and let her bladder empty. While she sighed in relief, she couldn't help but blush as she felt the liquid impact the garment she wore, surprised that it didn't leak like the cloth diapers she wore as a foal. She felt it pool down the front of her diaper, noticing the warmth as it started to sag, the cloth surprisingly thirsty.
When her stream finally came to an end, she stood for a moment, letting the diaper soak up the rest of her urine. Her emotions were conflicted on how she was supposed to feel. Shame, embarrassment, relief, excitement, familiarity, and a strange sense of lust all hit her brain at once as she felt the warm, pee-soaked cloth touch her neathers, skin, and fur. Oddly enough, she actually wanted more. She couldn't explain it, but something about it seemed...right, somehow. Perhaps it was nostalgia of being a foal again, or some kind of comfort from the ordeal; she couldn't say.
One thing was certain, however. It did cut down time on bathroom breaks. As such, she simply shrugged and continued practicing; Hopeful to win the next rodeo.

As the title implies, and since I know a certain pony is going to ask, yes, I did make a clean version of this, and I plan to put it up later today.

If you were to make her neck straight, it would be rather long. Sorta like this:

And I noticed a few... Odd things. Like Stargrazer said, her neck is kinda long. And her body is kinda strangely proportioned to her legs. Speaking of which, her body is a little long. But none of that matters. Otherwise, the picture is perfect in every way!

I figured I'd have some continuity to my pics. I figured maybe Pinkie had it first, gave it to Fluttershy, which she gave it to Applejack. I'm not sure about Twilight or Dash, but I'm sure I'll think of something.
The only one of the Mane 6 I haven't done is Rarity, only because given her personality, it's hard to find a reason to get her into this situation without some hospital visit gone awry or something that changes her as a character. Rarity would never fully accept making incontinence products and outfits unless if it was for infant foals, which is socially acceptable. Having Rarity do something like this, in her eyes, would be a "big fashion no-no," which would make her out of character.
I suppose having her friends goad her into it would be a possibility, but to be honest, I don't really like that approach. I prefer the characters be willingly eased into the idea on their own accord, giving them a logical explanation to do this...at least for most of them. Pinkie's an exception as she's Pinkie, and is known for doing some wild, crazy things. However, though unnecessary, an explanation for Pinkie's enjoyment of this, when done right, would make her much more likable as a character and certainly helps explain her reasoning behind it; like a certain story I read about her not too long ago. THAT was one of the best stories I read, and it was only on chapter one. I can't wait for the next chapter if it's done just as beautifully as the first.
But back to Rarity. While I'm certain she'd...sort of...support her friends, though she'd likely find their tastes questionable, which makes sense given that whole Gala Dresses debacle, she'd never really consider doing this willingly unless she had a very, VERY, good reason for it, which is practically impossible without her having to break character. Needless to say, it'll be a long time before I can even come up with an idea that explains her.
