This, I think, is a custom version of Firebrand's water element form from Capcom's Demon's Crest video game, wearing something called a "demon king armor" or something like that. Basically, it's a composite design made from elements of two different pieces of official artwork blended together. Admittedly, I haven't played much of Demon's Crest, which is something I intend to rectify... some day.
