Thanks much. ^^ Fleece can be hard to get the seams hidden, but the Jim Henson stitch (also called double ladder stitch, I think) is /amazing/ at hiding seams. Just be sure not to sew too tight/leave a little extra fabric before sewing! That was a problem with this one, tight stitching restricted jaw movement.
Here is the Henson stitch, if ever you need it. c:

You're the second person to recommend that stitch. I call it the ladder stitch, personally.
It hasn't failed me, yet. My jaw is detached, so that won't be a problem.
However, i have this strange jagged pattern between colors.
The thing i love about fleece it you can just sew marking on top of the main color. It does show every bump and crease though...
Being my first suit, it's not the best... and it's taken me over a year to get it where it is now. The more i look at it, the more i hate it. But i'm proud that i got this far all the same. I don't have much left to do besides tweaking and fine tuning the jaw, putting in teeth, finish the markings, and sew the hood.
I just wish i could redo the entire thing. XD

The only time it didn't work for me, is when I sewed too tight. But I was using weak, cheap thread. XP
Hm... that's odd. P: Have you been straightening/flattening out the fabric as you stitch? or cutting the pattern smoothly? P: Maybe the fabric is fraying. have you needle-rubbed the fabric after sewing?
Yeah, that is a downside, but it can also work to your advantage!
I know exactly how you feel. This is my second head, but it was the first base I created. The more I look at it, the more I hate it. XD And with all the repairs accumulated in 2 years time, it would have been easier to start over. In fact, it was! XD I made Leon before finishing this one.
