looping the belt behind the two PVC pipes. would recommend a sturdy belt as it (the tail) has a bit of weight to it.

though realistically i may never get a tail that requires such structural rigidity (read as: another airplane tail) i'm still going to put more R&D into a sturdy yet lightweight inner tail design for the larger tails like reptiles and squirrels, probably using what i have learnt while constructing my monster Crux tail.
