Daerel is both the singular and plural for the name of the race. The character is Seragin Jaeter - He's 19 and, if you couldn't tell, nobody really likes that he's half sentient half colonial. Not that he could really help it. I will put up the cover thumbnail for this when I get a chance - Hopefully within the next week.
