#92 in my ArtRage challenge, for
DeviantTerra, this is Terra, a shapeshifter who generally takes a form somewhere between a dragon, lion and wolf. Here he is using his ability to control energy (blue) and matter (yellow) to challenge opponents, with long ribbons that flow out from his clothes helping to channel the effects of said energy. At least, that's my understanding of it. c:
