This piece is a couple years old now (god looking back at old art sometimes can be painful) but its an example of a shaded base I can make for people who like to do adoptables or the like, but who just want to do designs and colors, not the physical form itself. This hexapod dragon was drawn off of a description, and although I also did the requested color sets for this particular creature, I also provided this blank base for the user to then use herself if she ever wanted to go and color her own.
If you're a DRoP (Dragon Riders of Pern) fan, then you may have noticed the semblance some of this creature's traits have to pernese dragons. Its intentional, as the creator wanted a mutated form of the pernese dragons that had evolved in an alternate future where their wings had formed into another set of arms, the head knobs had become ridges, and the overall creature had become a bit smaller and ground bound, its form now more suited to pursuing dangers through thick underbrush on the forest floor than soaring overhead.
No, you may not use this base for your art. It was not created for general use.
