This Dragon almost matches the Great Lung Po's description!
I am suspicious. If it were not for the lack of golden antlers, the blue tint, and the suspicions that it is a girl... and the sphere is blue instead..
It's the Great Lung Po's cousin/brother/relative. For the colour blue instead of white.
