-To start with, I do prefer FA being marked as a +18 site and not normalizing it as a +13 site. Considering the amount of fetish content and "accidental" wrongly marked content that can be seen in the frontpage all the time.
-Hire/Train more staff of MPS: This announcement made that section become oversaturated with tickets to the point of getting copy/pasted responses without even reading the ticket.
That makes your users distrust and drop support towards your site.
-You really need visual guides with drawings made by the community to make it clear where do you draw the line with he last guideline update, taking in consideration different species and styles, for that reason you should communicate more with your community. Example: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachme.....e_FA_guide.png (btw, when I submitted a ticket asking to point which would be banned, you just left a copy/paste and closed it) . A lot of people from the community would volunteer for that, me included even if I no longer draw NSFW.
-Decrease the offense level for content affected by the new guideline that has been posted before July 1st, 2023. It's very easy for users to forget about really old submissions, and the lack of a proper response from staff is not helping.
-Mentioning that minors can get involved in common fetishes such like vore and pregnancy, in a journal about "Minor Protective Issues", IS A TERRIBLE IDEA, and it baffles me you wrote that and thought it was ok to post it, showing a lack of review and missing the whole point of protecting minors. Making your users distrust you, making them leave and drop the support towards your site, which is valid, even I am not proud to show the badge I got from a discount.
-Using the excuse of "A good rule of thumb is children's cartoons. If something can be seen in Loony Tunes, for example, it's probably fine for the General rating." is not valid at all:
What children see in a TV, is very different from teenagers using a very sexual site/community where they can interact with anonymous people across the world with high risk of being groomed. Please do not normalize that.
-The next things shouldn't be marked as General since those are usually sexualized in FA: Common fetishes such like Vore (with internal shots, do-me-eyes, excess of fluids), diapers (even when not messy), Inflation, Hyper, Farting, Pics with high focus in feet, crotches and butts, hypnosis, bdsm, kidnapping (yes, I see that a lot in sfw mode). -Harder punishment (lv3 or lv4 offence) to those who wrongly rate their mature/adult content in obvious ways: This is way more important and is a way more effective method to make people to take this rule more seriously. Specially on reminders, people tend to wrongly rate their stuff to be shown in the frontpage for everyone and get more views. When the reminder gets deleted, mods states "the content is no longer in our database, so action cannot be taken". So the lack of serious consequences, allows people abuse this loophole.
Reducing/Nullifying the NSFW exposure to minors is way more important and more effective way to protect them.
-Not letting minors upload photography: Minors are too innocent and less conscious of the dangers of exposing themselves, a photo of their face showing the place where they live is very dangerous and should be discouraged in this site. I have seen vulnerable neurodivergent minors posting selfies looking for someone to date (because their life makes them feel lonely), where they could be able to share contact info with adults being flirty with them, I even reported that and the ticket has fallen into blind eyes. https://www.furaffinity.net/control.....ticket/215794/
-Locking comments and notes on minors, and not allowing them to share contact info: That will reduce the risk of them getting in contact with predators. While they are in a safe enviroment where they can upload their artwork and grow their galleries.
-Increasing the staff members on "Rating" tickets: Because it takes months to take action making the team useless when people post nsfw reminders as general, or when people post nsfw marked as general so it appears in the frontpage, and then marks them as adult when their post aren't on frontpage anymore. And I think wrongly rated adult content requires a more inmediate action.
-Making informative journals about Grooming, Minor Protective Issues, and encourage reports when something is happening to a minor in the site.
-Making journals reminding users what should be rated as mature/adult. (The lack of journals creates a feeling of disconnection with your userbase)
-Add Pedophilia and Zoophilia in the 2.8 Code of Conduct.
If those changes were implemented, the userbase would take more seriously that you are doing this to protect minors in this site. And would decrease the hate against them and the staff. And would increase the support towards the site, I personally would donate way more.
Seriously I don't want to go to IB, as much very well designed is the site. I dislike the community and staff actions way more than I do here :,D

Posted 2 years agoI'm not affected by it, but I know it will increase the anxiety to many artists that makes an income from pokemon stuff, and it increases the fear of false positives because they didn't even provide visual guides of how to age up certain banned characters.
Also, my main problem and biggest concern is the mention of allowing minors being portrayed in a common kink like vore. When the new policy is made to protect minors.
Any predator will use the excuse of vore being "sfw" to involve a minor in it. And allowing minors drawing it will attract potential predators.

MeRT / TMS therapy?
Posted 2 years agoDo you happen to know someone that have been on MeRT or TMS therapy? Or have you been in that therapy?
I'm really considering it, but since it's kinda new It's hard to find opinions that aren't probably paid to say them.
The reason why I want to do it is because I have sleeping disorders (insomnia) since my ~16s , also struggle with anxiety and depressive issues caused by trauma and Asperger making them feel stronger.
I wish to have the sleeping schedule of a "normal" person, and dealing/feeling with problems like a "normal" person too...
I've have been with meds/pills for years, they have helped, yes, but right now they are losing effects, and when we rotate meds, there is always a problem with them or simply don't work. Specially with the sleeping pills, I'm getting immunity to them :/ So that treatment is my last resort.
If you know nothing about it, I would prefer you to not comment please.

I would mark anything close to vore as mature because i'm not comfortable with minors seeing it, but also I don't want ppl to think i have that fetish. Also wrongly tagging stuff is against FA rules.
On other hand, since my intention to draw it is not a fetish, and it doesn't showcase genitalia/naughty bits, neither excess of fluids, it can be marked as General.
Also, question to those who are in the community. Is it friendly? Is it as horny, and full of creeps as the explicit porn community? What's your experience with it?

I still have some bad habits but im working on them taking my time uwu. In short, I have been more busy on healing mentally.

How to report reminders

Which makes stuff easier to report . It is still kinda tedious when spammers delete and repost their stuff, but now at least it is possible to have the staff to take action against them.
If you see the same adopt/ych/commission openings multiple times in a short lapse. Open a ticket in https://www.furaffinity.net/control.....roubletickets/ , select "AUP Issue (Other)" , copy/pasta the title and timestamp, for example:

I don't mind new adopts of fantastic YCHs to see, I appreciate new character designs ,art styles and good compositions. I think it's cool to see new artists honing their skills and seeing them evolve and grow their galleries, but those artists gets buried thanks to spammers that repost the same recolored base multiple times a day, also that it gets annoying. So if you are tired of that too, here is some info.
Also, reminder to not use this site as an unique gallery if you are an artist, expand! :3 , you can help yourself using Postybirb app to upload a pic to multiple sites easier.

And for those who are interested, before CSP I used to use Sai 2.0, which is a very good and fast software too. Developed only by 1 person. The main reason I changed to CSP is because vector layers and Tabmate which made my workflow faster. You can get Sai in the next link (which is about $50usd)

Fast Recovery ^^
Posted 3 years agoI'm recovering way faster than I expected. I got family members that who had more than 3 days of strong symptoms and took more than 1 week to have a full recovery.
Right now my throat doesn't hurt, but it is still sensitive making me cough more than usual, and making me prefer to not talk or do exercise.
I don't feel fatigue anymore and yesterday fever was gone, so I can go back to drawing :3 <3 (Still will take it easy just in case)
Also I feel that I have to mention this: in my first journal when I got Covid, I got some conspiranoic antivaxxer laughing at me and taking advantage of my illness to spread misinformation in comments, journals, and wouldn't be surprised if they did in notes, under the excuse that "they care about my well being", they even recommended contraindicated drugs X__X. And just because of the fact that I got 4 shots and still got infected.
Vaccines don't protect you at 100% from an illness, you can still get infected but with a lower chance, the recovery will be way faster and the symptoms won't be too strong to send you to the hospital.
As I said before, I'm asthmatic, and also have other conditions that lowers my defenses, I have had respiratory illnesses that sent me to the hospital before, and of course it is not a pleasing experience at all (It's kind of traumatic tbh).
If you have the chance to get vaccinated, feel free to do it, you can ask a doctor first if you aren't sure about it.
If you get infected, remember to drink lots and lots of water (not soda) and drink the recommended medicaments by doctors to ease the symptoms.
(Even if you don't get infected, drink lots of water, it's good for you :3)

If you have the chance to get vaccinated, feel free to do it, you can ask a doctor first if you aren't sure about it.
If you get infected, remember to drink lots and lots of water (not soda) and drink the recommended medicaments by doctors to ease the symptoms.
(Even if you don't get infected, drink lots of water, it's good for you :3)
