I mean, Spyro is totally different to what he is in here, but then again i see his point when he attacked Frijir, as much as i like Frijir, Spyro saw malefor in him, and saw it as a threat to his clan/whatever, and blindly attacked him. :P

I feel for you. Ive played the old PS1 games and on of the PS2 ones but not the recent ones people need to chill out and not rag on you based on the fact you don't care for this fan version of a character.

it seems you have good intentions and just want to state how spyro should not be judged from this comic alone, sicne it's a fan comic and just an interpretation. but the way you are doing it seems a bit over the top and hostile. the comments you have used seem like put downs. it just seems so unnesissary. it all started at the media comment and carried on. you've asked Rebel-Snuggler to be a bit more productive; why don't you try that too? i'm pretty sure you didn't have any bad intentions, but it just seems sad for a really food fan comic to be spoiled by hostility. i'd hate for people to be put off by it. though it's certainly not just you, it seems like this sort of thing keeps happening in regards to this comic. i think people who have limited or even no knowledge of spyro can enjoy this comic, and i see no harm in them commenting.

The new games screwed him up anyway. In the old ones he was just a chilled out dragon, then they had to bugger it up by trying to make it all serious. At least shalonesk can write something entertaining out of the travesty that is the new trilogy!

sketching comes first, sketching out all the panels then the characters.

i have to agree the distant characters do look like a so-so quality jpeg thrown on; i think i may even be able to see a few white pixels. don't mean to whine though, just trying to point something out. you really do churn these out well and quickly. it's only something i noticed on closer inspection.

um, looking at the char's it looks like you poorly cut and pasted them into the comic. it just find that minorly distracting, and down from your usuly epic quality.

anywho.

looks like the kids are about to find out the truth about frijir... and this looks alot like the LK2 plot line or something, i never watched lion king 2, only read the plot on wiki, so i wouldent know for sure.
