You enter by signing up below using the following phrase and posting a link to this journal in one of your own...
I {insert name here} am allowing Kaito to use my character {insert name here} in a piece of artwork to be drawn by Kaito, in a randomly generated scenario as described in the journal above, without fear nor favor towards the result.
Why such a wierd entry format you ask? Well let me explain ...
Once you enter a number will be randomly generated for you from http://www.random.org/ between 0 and 99999 the result of which will set the boundaries for the artwork in question, the rest of the scenario being figured out by my twisted imagination. Any 'low' number (for example 43) will be made up with zeros (so 43 = 00043 in our example).
What do these numbers mean you ask? Well ...

Blue dragon 2 swept back horns on the head also on the head a set of earsails the color of the spans of the sail is light blue same as belly and wing spans. a series of black curved spins along the back that curve tward the tail has a purple sail between them the sails is highest on the top and back of the neck shorting lower to the shoulders and staying at the same till the tail where it tapers down near the tail tip. the tail is as long as the dragon is from the hips to tip of nose.

What I initially thought was replacing "tail' with the lower part of his abdomen, since it sticks out behind his back anyways. Or maybe he's dressed up as the mascot (somehow) for the team and decided he'd step in and play, with the mascot being based off of a tailed animal (like a lion, or even a parrot could work. tailfeathers!)
It's really your call, but there's a couple of suggestions.

Because I suck at art and similarly have no pieces with said character, here's a brief word reference for you: A seven-year old German shepherd pup with green eyes, tan fur with typical markings for his breed, and no real hairstyle to speak of (i.e. no "hair," per se). Fur from his elbows to hands and from his knees to feet is black; the rest can be whatever. He wears a blue collar with a silver tag, a plain white T-shirt, and a blue diaper.

No idea how to help you with Altair's pic; you can actually withdraw her if you don't feel like fighting with it.
Dystra is the polar opposite of a slut, so that might conflict with the fact that it's X+ rated.
