My - TOS - (Terms of Service) Sorry this is slightly long, but I'd rather make sure commissioners understand my terms and agree to them please.
Keep in mind I may take up to 2 weeks and sometimes a month due to larger more detailed images as I get over stocked with commission's and get busy. Also the more detail involved means more work for me, which takes longer. Thanks.
Rules -
1> If I'm busy, the picture will take longer. Can't be helped. Sorry.
2> If you want pictures R+ that's fine, Please see my other account - reco-recario Account. To see my list of what I will draw and won't draw, please read last part of journal there - http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/1728442/ < Go to bottom of journal. Thank you. (I'm yet to still update that journal, as the links don't work.)
3> Don't ask for freebies or extra's, I might do that if I want to, or if your lucky. So best to leave it up to me. Thanks.
4> I have every right to refuse your commission, I should not need to explain or give reason why I've said no. Just know I won't say no to many things but I do have limits and areas I won't go. As all artist do. So please do respect this. Thanks.
5> Keep in mind that I may do easier commissions before those that are more complex. For example, someone's single character before complex full color finished one.
6> Do not ask me to watch, fav or be your friend just cause you commissioned me, that doesn't make as friends, just client and artist. :D
I will be happy to chat and get to know you first, then I may consider it. :3
7> You are allowed to post the image where ever you like, weather FA or DA or what ever else, so long as you credit me please, with either a link or © Catwingfluffypaw. And that's all I ask for, other then that do what you will. X3
(I will do package deals. Depends on what your ordering, how complex and what exactly you want. Say you order 5 pictures, and it comes to say $60, I'll do it for $50, And if your really lucky I may add some sketches, linearts, badge or maybe even one free picture < if your really lucky.) :D
*Simple back grounds are - Just colour back grounds, like blue, Colour marge - like say pink to blue and some swirls, or just plan grass field.
*Complex backgrounds are - Ocean, mountens and fields, beach, bedroom seen and other very detailed backgrounds.
Commission's - Closed for now.
Requests - Closed Unless I ask you.
Trade's - Closed for now.

I take payments either as-
*Paypal -(I will invoice you the details) (Prefer this more)
*Bank transfer -(Australians only.)
*Cash in hand -is fine as well, if your in the area (At a con or fur-meet).
(I will always invoice the commissioner the payment owed, due to losing my paypal before because a certain fur wrote - "Commission of my foxboy making love with his kittygirl." I got banned, had to change my card number and get another paypal account. Due to this I will always send the invoice, I do not give my paypal out anymore.)
(I GIVE REFUNDS ONLY IF YOU TRULY DIDN'T LIKE IT, BUT I HAVE RIGHTS TO 10% OF WHAT YOU PAID, CAUSE I'VE BEEN USED BEFORE, TIRED OF "CAN I HAVE THE MONEY BACK CAUSE BILLS CAME UP I FORGOT ABOUT", IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T PAY, THAN DON'T ASK FOR A PICTURE. DON'T MEAN TO SOUND RUDE, JUST TIRED OF PEOPLE GETTING PICTURES FROM ME AND EXPECTING PAYMENT BACK AFTER IT'S COLOURED, WHAT DO I DO WITH IT THAN, YOU GET SOMETHING FREE, THAT'S NOT FAIR ON ME NOW IS IT? Will draw list: - Male on Female, Male on Male, Female on Female, threesomes, max of 5 characters is also fine, tentacles, egg laying tentacles, prefer sweet pregnancy pictures and pretty much any position of yiff is fine by me.)
Maybe List: - Anthro doing feral < prefer not to but I might, Micro and macro <only pg, Cub <only pg and with clothing only.) I will draw it eg - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11473973/ < I draw cub but with clothing only eg - http://s1005.photobucket.com/user/C.....ort=3&o=12 and Birthing is fine < as long as it's eggs only.) Male-preg maybe not though, it's slightly weird to me... *_* (Soft vore is now ok, but no killing, swallowing or gore.)
(No list: Scat, Watersports, Diapers, Extreme Gore, Extreme Muscles, Hard or extreme Vore, Hyper, Inflation, Violent rape, human doing animal, Unbirthing and Extreme fat. Sorry either I can't draw it or I won't.)
I might do trades. Might.... I would prefer good work in return or at least the same standard art as mine. I'm not asking to much, Well I hope. (Grins!!! XD)

To be truthful I'd ask for more on the complex digital, seeing how you've told me it took you 2 days to finish. :3
