Red Lantern - Character Cameo Auction - CLOSED!

So, many of y'all might remember the character cameo auction held for Cruelty awhile back. A few very determined bidders fought for a spot for their character to appear in the comic, and one wonderful wolfess won :) It's been my intention for some time to do something similar for Red Lantern, and we're approaching a point in the behind-the-scenes work where I need to have all characters for the upcoming scenes decided upon.
Most of the profits from this auction will go to
Alectorfencer to help her cover her recent health insurance bills, so don't be afraid to bid high! You'd really be helping to support one of the artists behind the comic, and that is *never* a bad thing.
If you read the comic, like supporting comics, or just like Alectorfencer and I's style, and want to see a WHOLE lot of art of your character in it. . . this is your chance.
What you're bidding on -
- An appearance for your character in some of the official pages of 'Red Lantern' (free pages available here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4260941/ )
- The cameo will be full color artwork done by
Rukis and Alectorfencer

- Consultation with Rukis over e-mail or FA (your preference) as to character accuracy, during the production of the pages in which your character appears
- Finally, the winner will also receive all conceptual sketching done of their character. I do quite a bit of preliminary sketching of all characters of note before they appear in the pages of the comic. So, there's some actual physical art in it for ya, too. . . it's like the cherry on top :)
Unlike the cameo auction for 'Cruelty', this cameo will be more lengthy, in color, and could involve (at your discretion) adult scenes. This will be the *only* cameo spot offered in any volume of this comic to have the option for an adult scene, and the only cameo offered at all, to the public, in this volume.
Winner will be able to choose from the following cameo scenarios
- Male -
- adult scene (and yes. . . it involves Amon ;P)
- action scene
- Female -
- adult scene (involving a male soldier)
- several general scenes inside the Crimson Divine, as one of the girls. Interaction with Amon, Dhaval, and several of the women.
Bidding starts now, and begins ending on the 5th. I say begins ending, because we've had issues with time zones in the past, and I want to be fair to everyone. Bidding ends 24 hours after the last uncontested bid, no earlier than April 5th at 11:59pm EST. Just like a real auction, bidding doesn't stop until the absolute final bid has been reached. I will give the final bid 24 hours to ensure there are no last-minute bidders, and then announce the winner. The last, highest bidder will win.
Due to the world in which the comic is set, there are a few limitations on what type of character cameos can be made. I doubt this will affect too many people, and I apologize if you had your heart set on your hybrid pink dragon bunny winning, but I've gotta keep canon.
- No unnatural fur colors (and I'm not too strict on this, just. . . please keep away from the neon spectrum)
- No modern-day trinkets (I'm sorry if the glowstick is ESSENTIAL to your character. . . he can't have it in Shanivaar. I AM however up to creative old-timey alternatives)
- Red Lantern has no herbivorous or fantasy anthros. I won't bother listing them all, but basically, if you have to ask. . . you're one of 'em. All omnivorous and carnivorous species are generally available. If it's something really weird, ask.
- If you have a scaly or dragon anthro of some variety, and you *really* have your heart set on the cameo, I'll have to alter where you appear, but it's doable. That sort of cameo may be spread to later volumes, when the reptilian folk have more of a major role.

Supporting an artist, or anyone in need - friend and family alike - is perhaps one of the great endeavors and uses of capital. The Cameo and art is a wonderful means of thanks; bonus of sorts. Thank you Rukis, for putting this on and running this show.
People are not going to know they've been outbid unless it is in a single thread.

And this is going to near max me out on where I want to go. I hope im not being stymied at this level. I really think at this level, there needs to be a bit of assurance that checks are not being written that cannot be cashed by bidders.
