I would like to announce a contest, its the. DESIGN INDIGO RIBBON MASCOT CONTEST!!!! The winner of this contest will be givin major promotion at the end of the contest, please read all the rules before entering
1. Must be a NEW character, after the winner has been chosen the character will become copyright to
paperdragon300 and 
indigoribbonsupportgroup
2. The colour Indigo must be included in the fur pattern
3. can be male or female, gender does not matter
4. Don't be upset if you don't win, I will NOT be giving special treatment to friends
5. Can be ANY species I will NOT discriminate against canines or other "common" species
6. HAVE FUUUUUUN
