This division of Collaborn Visions is expected to be the hardest to build and maintain, even if organization progresses smoothly. Timely and calculated production is recognized to be both taxing and daunting for inexperienced parties. The seriousness, personal dedication and organization required to work in this division is a hurdle few are expected to be willing - let alone able - to jump.
The very nature of the Intergration Profile for this division will give pause to all and only the bravest, most determined and ambitious persons who are sent a copy of it are expected to return it filled out in any detail.
Considering the dizzying nature of Managing and Directing a "company" such as Collaborn Visions, it is doubtful that dealings with indecisive and inexperienced persons will be either easy or equally beneficial for all parties, but provided that basic requirements(such as will be made clear both publically and privately) are met, all interested parties are enthusiastically welcomed to apply to join the ranks of the freelance "staffers" of Collaborn Visions.
