Commission Status: CLOSED
NOTE: x
Before commissioning me, please understand it may take me a while to get your commission delivered. I work rather slowly and usually go out of order when it comes to my to-do list. I ask you please be patient. Asking for WIPs and other questions regarding your commission are welcome, so don't hesitate to poke me for updates. :) I merely ask you be reasonable in the amount of time between inquiries. And, if by chance you have a set deadline/need your art finished sooner than later, please let me know ahead of time so I can bump you up in my queue.
Current Queue:
Contact Information: Note me here on FA.
By purchasing a commission from me, you acknowledge you have read and understand my Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time, with or without any prior notification. I reserve the right to refuse any client at my own discretion.
What I Will Draw: Almost anything "Vanilla"/fetish-free and some nudity/adult work. Approach me with your idea and ask. Worst I can do is say no!
What I Will Not Draw: Scat and extreme watersports, hyper, inflation, cub and diaper furs in adult situations, bestiality or ferals (especially in adult situations), highly detailed backgrounds/environments and exclusive fan art/copyright/trademarked characters (exceptions are made if you have a fan character or a character of a species from a show/video game/fandom [ex: You have a Pokemon fursona or a fan troll from Homestuck.]) I can, however, draw your character interacting with a copyright character.
My Commissioning Process:
If you wish to commission me, please contact me via note or email with details of what you would like for a quote. Please include character references in your message so I will know what character I will be drawing along with what subject matter. I am an artist that works based heavily on muse, and wish not to take on any work I feel I would fail in being able to deliver at a quality level. If I like your idea, I may just accept your commission! I also enjoy artistic liberty commissions, so if you don't have any specific ideas in mind, that's okay, too!
I reserve the right to turn down a commission at my own discretion. If I do turn you down, I do apologize ahead of time.
All details and all references must be provided before I start working on your piece.
You may receive any number of WIP images at your request. All updates, however, will be low-resolution [roughly 500x500 in size] and watermarked.
You will be shown an initial approval sketch for all commissions, unless they are full artistic liberty commissions or sketch commissions. You are allowed a maximum of 2 free changes to this initial approval sketch; any extra radical changes require a small fee. Once the sketch is approved, I will no longer be able to make any major edits. If purchasing anything above a sketch, you will then be shown the line art. You may request minor changes to this phase. Once approved, I will no longer make any edits.
PLEASE note: In order to keep correct anatomy (correct to the best of my ability, at least), the initial posing may change slightly from the initial sketch as the picture progresses. This can include moving an arm, adjusting a leg, or fixing how a hand rests in a picture.
Payment and Pricing:
I have no true-set prices, only 'standard', prices, meaning that is an estimate of what is to be paid for that type of commission. Your commission may be priced more or less than that standard price based on its complexity.
All of my prices are in USD. I do not accept payments in the form cash or check, but am willing to accept money orders. I also am willing to accept payment in the form of Steam games and TF2 Mann Co. crate keys.
Payment is to be made up-front before any progress will be made on your commission. You have 24 hours from the time we agree to do business to send payment, unless we have discussed otherwise.
Usage:
I hold all commercial rights to my artwork. Purchasing a commission from me does not give you commercial rights to an image. I reserve the right to redistribute your commission as I see fit, however, I will approach you as the commissioner beforehand to ask if you are comfortable with me using your artwork in any public way (ex: Printing for distribution at a convention or online.)
All copies of an image sent to you are for personal use only. Personal use includes but is not limited to cropping for use as an icon or avatar, printing with NO intention to sell, and providing it to other artists as reference. You are free to redistribute the work in your own personal gallery so long as I am credited as the artist. Commercial redistribution is forbidden.
Refunds:
At any time during the commissioning process, either party (you as the commissioner, or me as the artist) may choose to terminate the transaction.
If I am the one to terminate the commission, a full refund will always be given.
If you terminate the commission, full refunds may only be issued if I have not started work. If significant progress has already been made, I reserve the right to keep full or partial payment for time and effort as well as the amount of any materials that may have been purchased towards your commission, if any.
No refunds will be issued for completed work.
I hold all rights to the image if a transaction is called off, even if it is I who initiated the termination. You may NOT upload any WIPs to your gallery or any other place online. I reserve the right to redistribute the art/pose/general character as a previously sketched commission or adoptable [I will first modify the character heavily before putting it up for adoption.] to another interested party.
Final Product
The size of the commission I post to my gallery [roughly 1000x1000 in dimensions] is the size to be used in your gallery. A higher resolution can/will be provided upon request (I tend to work on a 2000x2000 canvas), however, I ask you merely keep that version for personal use and not upload it anywhere online.
I will not provide the SAI or PSD files of your commission. I do not give these out.
