Terms of service
1. I retain the right to post the artwork to the websites I wish to (content permitting). I may use the piece for artistic showcasing, portfolios, and advertisement.
2. I will post the image to my gallery unless specified not to beforehand. NSFW images will be put into scraps within 24 HOURS of posting i try to keep my main gallery as SFW as possible
3. A client may repost a picture that was intended for them and fully paid for. Pictures may be used in role playing sites or references for further commission services from other artists. Please refrain from posting the picture to websites that don't allow content a picture may feature. Modifications of the piece by other artists for profit are not allowed. Customers have the right to have their identity hidden if they wish to. Please do not claim the artwork as your own work, remove my signature, or attempt to sell the piece itself. Clients may not use the picture for any profitable reason.
4. You may not remove my signature or watermark (if applicable)
5. You may not further edit the image unless it is an adoptable.
6. I have the right to refuse a commission, you will receive a reason why it was refused.
7. If you lose the image after receiving it, I am not responsible for keeping a back-up.
8. If you are ordering adult art you are stating that you are 18-years-old or older.

9a. NOTE: if no wip is requested at time of purchase you are giving me artistic freedom with/or without your pose suggestion. you will only see the final art. i will NOT make changes unless i had forgotten something important on the ref provided. if something was added after the fact it can be added for an additional fee.
10.I will provide refunds if the client feels too much time has passed on their commission; I won't refund you if you are dissatisfied with the art piece if you okay-ed the work in progress sketches until completion. If you wish for a refund half way though a commission after receiving the line art or colored art wips you will be refunded for the work that has not been yet finished.
11. After I send you the line art , it will be at that time you will need to identify anything you wish to be changed before approval then again at the flat color stage. Once you approve of the artwork, I delete the SAI/PSD file from my computer, so it would be too late if you later notice something that needs to be edited. please look over your order carefully before giving the OK to proceed. [only applicable with WIPS]
12. Please decide and confirm the character you wish to be drawn before giving me the all go. Please do not just add in sudden major changes such as choosing a different character to be drawn or making major changes to the character's design while I am working. Make sure you know what you want before you confirm and send the payment; please provide me with an accurate reference.
A few things of note before i start the commission
if your commission has a character in it that does not belong to you and has a rating of mature permission from the owner is a must. I'll need to see their permission (via note or a screen cap conversation between the two of you) before I do anything. Please check with the owner before contacting me.
I will edit work after the finals if I forgot major details.
Orders above $50 can be done in installments to be figured out
My style is cute, keep that in mind when ordering
You can not sell my artwork/commissions digitally or as prints.
You can print out artwork/commissions you have bought for personal use only.
What I will need from you
You will be given a short form to fill out with your details. (see quotes)
1. A clear visual reference to work from or very detailed text
2. The general idea of what you want unless I am given artistic freedom
Payment
1. I only accept payment through Paypal. Full payment must be sent first before I proceed with your commission. I am from the United States, so the payment must be converted to U.S. dollars (USD) if you use a different currency. I can send invoices.
