Jipperkegs are mammals.
However, they are a pure female race.
They reproduce by themselves. This asexual reproduction is called Parthenogenesis.
They CANNOT be sexually active as they have a small ovary flap!
And please, do not modify the species in anyway in order for them
to fit your sexuality. There are plenty other species you can use
for it, just don't use these.
They love water, secluded bodies like lakes, ponds, and bays.
With their love of collecting rocks, stones, jewels - small rounded objects, they build nests in small areas under the water.
They also give birth to their young underwater, helping the Jips chances of survival.
From the moment the little one is born, it knows how to swim. The collection of rocks, etc, are for the young ones' protection.
With the grace and elegance of Jipperkegs, they will use and manipulate others to get what they want.
As a proud and secretive race, they are very antisocial, using vocals to only communicate warnings, affection, or demands.
Normally, Jipperkegs are never lonely due to the fact they can produce Jips within a few days, keeping mothers company until the young mature.
When a Jipperkeg knows that it's time has come to pass on, it will lay atop it's mass collection of jewels, rocks, ect, and drown itself peacefully.

It's obvious that the jipperkegs more of out in nature type of race so I'm wonder what kind of clothing they normally go for or are they more for going free and letting it all show?
They don't wear much anything as being in and out of water, clothing would be hard to keep intact. Though if yoyu felt like she needed something on, seaweed, kelp, tall gras they could manipulate/weave into a dress - maybe a few of their jewels attached. It has t be pretty!
Really don't know why I allowed Willow to fall by the wayside for so long.
What is their natural diet?
Do they have any natural predators?
Have there been any cases in which one will venture into civilization?
Big predators like large cats (Jaguars, Panthers, etc) that tend to live around the same waterhole.
You are more than welcome to put them in a place that differs from their natural habitat :)
