Upon commissioning me, you agree that you have read the FAQ along with the Price Guide and agree to the following:
If you fail to comply with any of these rules, you will be blacklisted and may not commission me.
PAYMENT
All payment will go through Paypal in USD only, unless exclusively stated otherwise.
The commissioner pays full up-front, unless I say otherwise.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds for finished pieces under any circumstances.
If I have started, at least $10 will be non-refundable, maybe more depending on how far I’ve gotten.
You may only be refunded in full if I have not yet started on your order or decide to cancel your order.
If you payed extra for a deadline that I could not keep, the additional fee will be refunded to you.
PROCEDURE
Please have patience and be prepared to wait at least a week for your finished product.
I have no set schedule on when I work on things, but since I'm busy most of the week, I try to work during weekends.
Make sure to understand my strong and weak sides by reading the do's/dont's list here. I’m not good at everything.
It is your responsibility to provide me with any information I require for a commission.
You will be shown the sketch during the process and are only allowed to make changes during this time.
No changes will be made after sketching unless I make a mistake on my part.
Re-drawing the whole sketch more than once will result in an additional fee.
Once you approve of the sketch, I will continue working on it until finished.
When I am finished, I will provide you with the finished files.
For designs, I will provide you with two or three different ideas for free and present them to you.
You can then choose one of them, or mix them, and let me know about possible changes you want.
Re-drawing the whole design will result in an additional fee.
I will then continue working on the design until finished and deliver it to you.
If you decide to give me full freedom on your order, do not complain.
DEADLINES
I have no solid schedule on when things will be done. I can, however, give you an estimate.
I will update you with the status of your commission and possible delays, but please don't bother me about it.
There will be an extra fee of 30% if you want your order to be done within one week of the initial request.
I will not be held responsible for finishing too late if no deadline was made clear in the initial request.
I hold the right to turn down or cancel a deadline, given a good reason.
Cancelled deadlines will be refunded and the commission will be finished or cancelled upon your decision.
PERMISSIONS
I retain the copyright to the art, even if the character(s) belong to you.
I am allowed to post the art in personal galleries and use it for art books, samples, etc. unless agreed otherwise.
You are allowed to upload the piece anywhere as long as you clearly credit and/or link me.
You are only allowed to upload the upload-friendly version publicly, and not the original.
Your order, unless discussed otherwise, is for personal non-profit use only.
You are allowed to use the image (with proper credit) for personal use such as icons, prints, T-shirts, etc.
If you wish to make any kind of profit from it or buy the copyright to an image, you will discuss with me first.
You do not have the right to any image of mine without my consented, expressed, written permission.
I retain the right to refuse your commission for any reason.
