So here is the deal. With Cynical Dog products just getting out there, one of the most important things we need to do is get the word out. So I gave it a lot of thought as to the best way to do that and this is what I came to. If there is one thing furries like more than spending money, it's getting stuff for free. So we are having a free T-shirt drawing. There are some basic rules and information you need to know before you get all murr purr or whatever it is you do (I'm implying you're weird).
Rule 1.) You need to advertise through a journal.
- The journal needs to include a link to this journal and a link to the T-Shirt you'd want if you won the drawing.
- Also needs to include a little block of text of why you think Cynical Dog is awesome (obviously you know so much about me).
- Bonus points for deceptive titles that trick people into reading them (Bonus points do not actually count for anything).
- You need to comment on this journal, linking to your journal with the qualifications being met.
Rule 2.) You must watch the Cynical Dog account. (Good idea anyways, there will be occasional give aways and new products)
Rule 3.) You can choose any product from the site with a cost of less than $20. I will make ONE exception to this rule and that's the Officially Cynical Male Ringer (Normally $24.39). Anything else though needs to be below $20. I'm not giving you leeches a hoodie or anything, you can pay for that shit. Also, USA shipping; outside of the US = Sorry : /
Rule 4). The drawing will be officially held on December 14th at 10:17pm PST. All entries must be before that time. Winner will be selected by a random number generation to select one of the people who entered. You must qualify for all rules in order to redeem your prize. If you're chosen, I'll note you saying w00t and asking for an address to ship the shirt to.
Now that the rules are out of the way I can move on to another topic.
Artists: I was wondering if any of you would be interested in working together to come up with some designs (or if you have designs of your own you'd like to talk to me about) I'd love to chat. For the right design, I'd be willing to give a royalty on T-shirt sales for it. Always looking for talented people to work with and design with. Feel free to note me.
