I'll assign each of you a number. When I get a fair amount of promotion/watches I'll use a random number generator to pick the winners.
I give 100% with all my art. I wont be cheating you in anyway just because its free. (go to my page for a few examples of my art.)
I'll pick as many winners as I think is fair depending on the amount of watches I get. If it begins to get slow or take to long I'll just set a date.
