Friggled

“And it is still true, no matter how old you are -- when you go out into the world, it is best to hold hands and stick together.”
That's my word of the day. I don't think it's unreal word but it's my word for frazzled squiggle.... Friggled. *giggles*
The nights here have been so sticky and humid I'm not sleeping very well. I'm going to bed around 2-3am at the moment and waking up at 7 for my day job that I think it's all mebbe starting to catchup on me. I slept in again today I woke up at 810 naturally so manages to get to work on time but it was like wake up scramble around the house for five minutes and then shoot off out the door. Lol. That's twice I've slept in in less than a week so I think perhaps I might need a little more sleep than I've been getting recently.
I love drawing soooo much that when I'm in the zone I just want to keep going and going until I am face down on my computer with keyboard print imbedded in my face. I just don't know when to quit I will close the laptop then think... Oh did I add that highlight or I forgot that marking or any number of excuses to open the laptop and keep drawing.
I think it may be effecting my health. Doh.
I took Thursday and Friday afternoon off of work so I could specifically finish the big group pic so it'll be done before the weekend. I'm at work now and I can barely keep my eyes open. Stupid addictive FA stupid addictive drawing making me sleep deprived. .....*Snooooozes*

Good think went you will be your own boss, you will decide what will be your working hour and wake up at the hour you want to:)
But i find a efective trick with fan, you get realy cold water in a contener that can shoot sprai, like what you use to clean windows, you spay the wather on your self and put yourself in front of the fan, it working realy well to drop inside temparture of your body at realy low cost, it help me a lot before i get my AC. You should give it a try.
another one is a "neck cooler", which can be made without much fuss right at home...
using the moisture-absorbing material from diapers, or other water-absorbing materials.
info here: http://www.instructables.com/id/Sew.....l-Neck-Cooler/
(important: DO NOT FREEZE -- just refrigerate)
Also, sadly the body will rapidly transfer some of his heat to the "neck cooler", cooling down a little the neck but making the neck cooler useless.
Spray water on your self and put your self in front of a fan is simply a upgrade to the natural way the body is cooling it self, so insted of warm sweeting you have cold water and you are replacing the wind by something a little more powerfull.
But it true that some part of the body seam to act as a triger for the rest, specialy the neck and the feets, doing this trick on thos part is particulary effective.
the water trapped in the absorbent material slowly evaporates, which keeps the thing cool for a long time.
as for trying to keep cool I can sympathize. I live in the middle of the "corn belt" in the U.S.A. and weather here is muggy and HOT really bad most days during the summer. Before my parent's gave me an room AC i would literally turn off the lights in my room open the windows and put box fans (the square fans) inside the windows and turn them on high, put the curtains on top of the fan and close them so that the light from the sun couldn't get in and occasionally either spritz my heavy fur with some cool water or just take a heavily soaked cool rag and place it on my neck. (if you cool the brain stem the entire body will follow quickly.) Hope this helps you figure out a way to cool off sweetie. *pats your head and gives you a nice big cookie with a cool glass of milk*
Sleep more, less drawing more sleeping. If it start to effect your health, otherwise you'll get more tired and wake up much more late than the time you are suppose to be awake. It's very hot here where I live our AC doesn't work, our solution= buy a Small AC unit and cool off the room you are sleeping in.
