STAGE 1: If you want a "Minimalist Sketch" you will pay 1$ USD

STAGE 2: If you want a "Cleanish Lineart" (With or without the pink sketch marks) you will pay 2$ USD

STAGE 3: If you want a "Adequate Shading Job" you will pay 3$ USD

STAGE 4: If you want a "Fun-To-Look-At Color Picture" you will pay 4$ USD

STAGE 3.5: If you want a "Cleanish Lineart with Monochrome Background" you will pay 4$ USD. SUPER HAPPY BONUS! I'll add shading to the characters, but not the background. FREE! (I didnt do it to the example, but you get the image. get it. image.)

STAGE 5: If you want a "Legitimate Child's Masterpiece" you will pay 7$ USD. Full color background and characters.

STAGE 6: If you want a "Magical Moving Picture Masterpiece" (.gif image lasting up to 5 secconds) then be more specific. You can choose any stage from above to use in the .gif and the prices for this are as follows:
Minimalist sketch edition: 10$
Cleanish Lineart Edition: 13$
Adequate Shading Job Edition: 15$
Fun-to-look-at Color Edition: 20$
Cleanish lineart with Monochrome Background Edition: 20$
Legitimate Child's Masterpiece Edition: 25$

If you want a "Cinematic Adventure of Epic Proportions" (Animation or .gif image lasting over 5 secconds, With or without audio, in a "Rainbow Dash Presents" style (google it)) NOTE ME. It will be more expensive depending on how long, audio, quality, etc. I'll be happy to make it though!

Those are the stages of progress in my commissions.
THAT IS BASE PRICE.
That being said, for whatever commission you want, I can offer you price additions or deductions depending on the type of art. Note me when you want a commission, and I'll tell you based on your request how much more or less you would have to pay. It won't be more than 5$ in either direction if less than 3 characters are involved. More than that, and we'll discuss it through a note.
