FREE ART: One person who comments with the name of a book they read and enjoyed will win free art. The winner will be chosen randomly out of those who entered. The winner's name will be posted on January 7th. You can increase your odds and get an extra chance to win by putting the link to this journal entry in a new journal post (post the link to your entry here as proof). The winner can choose any kind of character, human or animal, but the theme of the piece will be books.
The winner of the last free art contest is here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12298185/
Feel free to offer suggestions on what I can do for the next contest, or ways that I can make these journal entrees better.
Commission do's and don'ts.
I ACCEPT requests for:
All genders, gender kinks, gender weirdness.
most kinks and fetishes
non sexual or sexual pictures
Anthro, animal, human, other.
All body types
Anything else like gore will be decided on a case by case basis.
Don't be afraid to ask me if I'll draw a kink, I won't judge you.
I do NOT accept requests for:
Full body japanese style mecha. So no Transformers (but cyborgs are okay).
No shit or vomit.
No assholes (I mean jerks/rude people. I will of course draw you a butthole if that is your thing.)
HOW PRICING WORKS/ how to get the most out of your money:
Pricing is based on
1. How detailed the character is/how much work it will take.
2. How much of the body you want drawn and how you want it drawn (ex a SKETCH that is HEADSHOT will be cheaper than a LINE ART that is FULL BODY.)
3. Which style you want it drawn in.
Thus each commission will be priced individually, to avoid anyone overpaying. I will provide a form (see below) for you to pm to me if you are interested, and you will be posting what price you think your character should cost or you can request that I tell you how much I'd charge for what you are asking.
I will provide "price suggestions per character" for each style. The minimum amount is the lowest price per character I would be willing to take for something in that style. Remember you can mix and match, so you have multiple options of what you can get for one price. (sketch, line art, painterly, flats paired with shoulder up, waist up, full body mixed with no background, shape backgrounds, simple backgrounds, and extensive backgrounds ). The maximum is just a random number I chose in the event someone has a really really really detailed character.
I will message you back, saying whether I agree or if I think it should cost more and then we can haggle. However, you do get what you pay for. For example, you might offer me "I will pay $6 for a full body cartoon!" and get me to agree and I give you this: http://bluetaffy.deviantart.com/art.....toon-409068115 but had you said "I will pay you $16 dollars for a full body cartoon" you would get something like this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12256708/
If you have any questions please ask me.

[b]Styles:
Christmas Grab Bag Art: Flat $10 price. Basically I choose the style (I will not be drawing cheebs for this, obviously) and draw however I feel. I may make up a new style for this. There is a small chance that I will end up giving you a $30 piece for $10. Obviously there are no refunds if you end up not liking the style. Do you feel this is a good and fair price?
Cheeb: A very simple chibi with generally only a few colors used on it. Simple animations can be requested, but will require more money. Price suggestions: $3-$12 for unanimated
Example 1: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12255655/ (click to view. Animated).
Example 2: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12256398/
Cartoon: I have a couple of different ways of drawing cartoons. Generally things drawn in these style have exaggerated body parts and either really sharp angles or really soft angles. Price Suggestions: $6-$40
Example 1: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12256708/
Example 2: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11922216/
Semi- Realistic: The style that takes the most time to draw. because of this the minimum price is much higher than the others. Pricing suggestions: $15-$70
Example 1: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11944153/
Example 2: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12253007/
My Little Pony: A mostly show themed style. The show's coloring style is in "flats". If you order "painterly" you will get a different style. Pricing Suggstions: $5-$30. If you want a simple pony with flat coloring you can probably get it for an offer of $10/$15. You can also request a "free creative commons background" with this, where I use a background that someone else drew as a creative commons.

If not tell me what kind of stories you like and I'll give you five or ten or one hundred good fanfics! : D
I read a lot of slash (male on male) fanfiction. would that bother you? I have nonslash stories I can still recommend, of course.
The last time I tried to recommend something to someone I went a little crazy haha:
Digital copies are totally free. http://craphound.com/littlebrother/
That said, I have read most of the Harry Potter books. The only ones I haven't read are Order of the Phoenix, the Half-Blood Prince, and the Deathly Hallows. I really need to get those and read them.
Another series I enjoyed reading was the dot.hack// series. It was told from the perspective of BlackRose... really awesome ending, too.
Finally, another awesome series I read was the Ranger's Apprentice... I wish I could remember more about it, but it slips my mind. It was about three kids who went to apply and join guilds. The protagonist joins the Ranger's Guild (obviously, as title mentions)... and I wish I could remember more from there. But that's all I remember.
Never got to finish the series. I only read the first two books... there's so many more I need to read.
But those are my favorite kind of books. Action/Adventure and Fantasy/Sci-Fi.
Ignore me, i've smoked too much x-x haha.
She has some wonderfully fucked up writing.

Or maybe it's just cause I'm smoking green right now and so....
Such as https://www.fanfiction.net/s/7558470/1/Conspiracy A good story, though the writing is formal. The most "normal" one of my examples.
The story Amortentia http://forums.darklordpotter.net/ar.....p/t-16302.html (you have to click the link at top to find the zip file), but the author deleted it after being harassed for having a young girl of like 13 and older teenage male relationship. Or some such.
"A great and Terrible Evil" by libba Bay also had bits of it.
Honestly? I've only recently discovered my love of nobility, and haven't really found a suitable book that focuses on them. Well, unless you consider those romance books I read as a young teen. I don't, though. They aren't really accurate.
AH! there was one romance story written in the 40's that I read. It had no sex in it, and seemed to focus really realistically on nobility. I miss that book ;-;
