By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the stated terms and conditions.
• ••Rights•• •
I have the right as the artist to showcase and distribute any artwork I have created in any way that I like, unless we have agreed otherwise before commissioning. This includes and is not limited to the use of commissioned work in portfolios, galleries, the sale of prints, etc. I may refuse any commission at any time, whether you have paid or not. If you have made payment you will receive a refund if I am unable to do your commission for whatever reason. Once you have made payment on a commission, you may NOT request a refund unless I choose to no longer pursue the work. If I can not Complete your commission and I can not refund you I will offer alternate compensation. You are welcome to post or modify your own commission however you like, as long as you credit me as the artist and leave my signature on the given artwork. You may use the art that you have commissioned from me in advertisements but you may NOT sell my work. I will not make a deadline unless we have discussed prior to commissioning.

• ••Payment and Payment Plans•• •
Payment is though Paypal only. Payment is required before I start working on your piece.
PM me for my paypal and write your username in the notes section of the transaction. If you do not do this I may confuse it for someone else paying!!!
Upon request for commissions that are lined or anything past that i will accept half payment up front and the rest after I show you the sketch.
For auctions you must pay within the time stated upon wining the auction. You should be aware of this time limit before you bid. For every 2 days that you take to pay after the time limit an additional $1 will be added to your total, unless otherwise agreed on.
For large commissions a payment plan may be worked out if discussed and agreed on.
I am in canada but my prices are in USD as that is the most widely used form of currency on this site.
• ••Refunds•• •
As stated above I will give a full refund if I cannot do your commission if possible.
Once you pay, however, you may NOT request a refund unless I choose to no longer pursue the work. For instance if I am not happy with how it is turning out, I am not enjoying doing the work, ect.
• ••WIPs, Edits and Alterations•• •
I do NOT post WIPs of sketch/colored sketch commissions.
Only if requested I will post WIPs of work that is anything past sketch/colored sketch whenever asked of me.
If you okay the sketch and later tell me to alter the image after the commission is finished, I am not obligated to alter anything and additional charges will apply. If I have messed up the image i.e over looking character markings, colors or concerns previously discussed or agreed on, I will ad/change those things for free, just ask, i wont bite your hand off if it is my fault.
• ••Open and Deadlines•• •
I will not give you a deadline for your commission to be done by unless you specifically ask for a date. I dont often take deadlines as things come up that I have no control over :ie my computer breaking
But if you MUST have it done by a certain time PLEASE dont be afraid to ask!!!
You are always welcome to PM me questions, and if I am not currently open to take more commission I can put you on a wait list if you would like, in which case you do not have to pay until I let you know that I can start, this includes my pre-poses
• ••How I work•• •
Throughout working on the commission I may PM you with a question, please be prepared to check often and reply because I will halt process until I have the information I need. If you have commissioned me and you feel I am taking too long PLEASEEEEE bug me privately!!! PM me asking for updates or something because sometimes I get distracted! >_>
I do not work from descriptions, however it doesn't have to be a ref, It can be any picture of your character that you think I should work from. But no more than 2 refs per character please!

If you want to contact me for anything to do with commissions Note/PM me on this account. When noting me do not erase the previous things said, leave everything quoted because I delete past notes to get rid of clutter, it is much easier when everything said is in one note.

I sometimes will work on commissions in livestream. If you for any reason do NOT want me to show your commission in livestream please specify this to me!!
Additionally If I am going to be working on your commission during a livestream and you want to watch let me know upon requesting the commission and when I feel like livestreaming I will note you the link.

I do not do this often and just because it isn't all over my page doesn't mean I don't do it at all! If you want something like this ask me and describe what you want from me, I will let you know if I can/will do it or not.
The commissioner must be 18+ to buy porn art (sexual pornography 18+ art) from me. I am not responsible for any issues if you have bought Adult art from me claiming you are 18+ and are not 18+.
