+ Muddle Designs reserves the right to reuse pattern pieces for other commissions of the same species. While each doll is unique, pattern pieces will be reused.
+ If there is a problem/break with the doll within the first twelve (12) months of receiving, all repairs will be free*.
+ If there is a problem/break with the doll after the first twelve (12) months of receiving, repairs are subject to a fee.
+ If there is evidence of a doll being tampered with for "adult purposes" any and all repairs are voided. I will not work on adult modified dolls.
+I do not make adult use dolls. Period.
+ Modification to doll joints, body, head, etc., away from the original design will void all warranty. However, small repairs (ex: quickly stitching a tear while at a convention) will not void.
+ First update on dolls will take at least a week (seven [7] days) from first payment. Following updates will be subject to commission cue.
+ Updates happen at:
Pattern design completion
"Trial" head if required
3/4 complete body
Finished doll
+ Payment is due in three stages. A $100 non-refundable down payment (for materials), a second $100 paid upon approval of sketches and/or pattern pieces. And final payment plus shipping costs once doll is finished.
+ Dolls will NOT be shipped out unless both payment, and shipping costs, are completely paid.
+ Dolls will be shipped out withing 2-3 business days after last payment is confirmed.
+ All payments are made through Paypal. If this is not feasible for you, please contact me to work something out.
+ Dolls can be collected in person at conventions and/or local, if I am going to these conventions. Please ask if you are interested.
+ All contact will be handled through the Muddle Designs email, and not FA notes, or phone calls/text messages. Please do not ask for my phone number unless there is a problem in the shipping or building stage. My phone is given out on a case by case basis.
