WHAT IS "MYO"?
Make-your-own! I have been asked time and time again by people if I would take payment to allow others to create some of my species, and at first I was wary, but now that I have a pretty solid way to keep track of everything, I'm more than happy to oblige.
HOW MANY CAN WE GET?
All individual MYO claim posts may have different amounts you can make per session. The first session you were allowed two each, the second only one.
WILL YOU ALLOW OTHER SPECIES?
Dreamies only! (I'll probably make another account for misc. closed species by me at a later date.)
CAN WE SELL/TRADE THEM IF WE GROW TIRED OF THEM?
You may only sell your MYO for the price of the MYO and nothing more. These do not follow my normal adoptable rules and you may not account for extra art in your resale price. If you cannot follow this rule, do not participate.
WILL THIS EVENT HAPPEN AGAIN?
Absolutely! However when and where is still a mystery~
WHERE DO I SEND MY FINISHED PRODUCT?

IF A DREAMY OWNER CHANGES HANDS, SHOULD I NOTIFY YOU?
Don't worry about it. I am no longer switching the owner names of dreamies because the trades get out of hand and I get tired of constantly logging in to switch names, sometimes on the same dreamy several times.
CAN I GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DRAW IT FOR ME?
As long as this person is aware of all of the rules within the MYO process and is either doing it of their own fully acknowledged free will OR by commission, then yes. I will not tolerate people being conned into doing something they aren't fully aware of. Artist name must be provided when you apply.
WHAT TRAITS ARE ALLOWED AND WHAT ARE NOT?

WILL YOU BE PROVIDING A BASE AND/OR BASE TRANSFERS?
No bases from me at this time, sorry! Base transfers, well... they're kind of frustrating for me, to be honest, but perhaps on a later day when I'm feeling especially patient.
However, there are plenty of free or extremely cheap base resources around Deviantart especially that would work just fine for this! (koru-ru on DA is a personal favorite, she has plenty of free bases and some 1-3 dollar ones.)

if a dreamy had a missing limb, could it be replaced by lets say a robotic limb?
also once the dreamy is approved by you are we allowed to add clothing and other bits onto the same image that we may upload. or is it best that if i upload the image onto my account it should match what will be uploaded onto this account?

I really want a dreamy but I only can get the payment until the other month
and let a friend use it too? (they seem to have trouble drawing up their design so I offered to do it for them)

Quick question - I know you stated that bases are okay to use and all, but I wanted to make sure that if I were to use, say waitress' base, it'd be okay, too? (I have a crap load of edits on it and I'd rather just edit it a bit more so I don't draw from scratch / can make sure I finish it faster in time for the event to be over without overworking myself and getting my commissions done).
Do you want us to keep them as genderless as possible or are we allowed to keep going with the whole 'if you want female bumps you can have female bumps' thing? I need to make a male though. -rolls around awkwardly-
there have also been submissions with female bumps, really those kind of details are to your discretion since it's up to the buyers whether or not they want to stick really closely to canon

alternatively you can add both epaulette and arm fins (+10) and of course still have the basic hip fin (no extra cost). hopefully it's a bit clearer with that example 8)

but i've already see that you had answer a few questions and all.
The sad part is.. i can only do traditional art..
Also how much it would cost me without any of the extras on a dreamy?..
And the default 'fluff' are for the hips only or.. ??? (I'm confused at the moment, even through i've read the info and other things about them)

traditional artwork is also fine ^^ as long as you have access to enough colors to get your idea mostly across.

my question: are their tails always ombre? (light to dark or dark to light?)
or can like the last puff ball be one color while the rest is another?
i know they can be like that i've seen some adopts like it but i wanted to make sure it wasn't a rare trait or something.
can they have two different colored eyes?

Dreamies are by far your most popular, and one of my all time favorites.
Been wanting one for some time, too. But there are two other species of yours I'd love to be able to get as well.
Events like these would by far be my best bet, I'm going to suppose, my luck considered.
Definitely going to partake in this if I can get that money to come through in time.
If you made an aplication you're not fully happy with, and decide to gift it to a friend, would this make that that application is now theirs and you'd have the spot free again? or would it still count as one of your own applications

I was thinking of the personality before the design, and I was thinking if I were to do this I'd like to have them be kinda a diva, so lots of outfits of varying cultures.

So like....you can't have 2 MYO dreamies, then have one gachpan dreamy if your post on that journal gets picked? cause i'm thinking of making another myo one but want to be clear on this first XD
~i have a morphology question! i notice you calling the little hip lobes (& optional arm / epaulette lobes) fins. does this mean that a dreamy could be patterned to make them look like fish fins (same shape but with a fish scale / ribbed fin pattern, ending up with kind of a lobe shape like a coelacanth) or is that disallowed? it wouldn't alter the silhouette of the fins at all & could potentially just be a superficial pattern.
~sort of on that same note, is a dreamy allowed to be scaly in the first place or all they all skin / fur?
~also along the same note, could a MYO dreamy be a mech (like a robot) or look to be made of some elemental substance like stone, plants, or ice?
basically the question about glowing markings made me want an aquatic looking dreamy, heh.
glowy markings are allowed but it's mostly rare-ish and probably something bred in from a predominantly nocturnal sub-species
LOOKING aquatic is fine, yeah, their markings are incredibly versatile but actually being aquatic -- nah
as for mechanical parts like i've said to others, parts added onto the species are more or less plot devices and not part of the species itself -- however altering the actual body form like you said making it appear like a substance or something not like a species trait is not allowed ;u;
Can dreamy be emailed to you for approval?

Since dreamies have a hip fins normally, does that mean one dreamy can have that trait + 1 more fin type or that trait + 2 more fin types?
I've been sketching them and I was puzzled. That's for quelling my confusion :)
