Commission Policy (Terms and Conditions)

You are responsible for reading and agreeing to my commission policy before any and all commissions.
I will have you express to me via note that you have read and accept my conditions. Please use the following
format when responding to my terms and conditions via note:
I, ______, hereby agree to the terms and conditions as listed on the FurAffinity page of TabbyFoxTaxidermy
on this date of _________ (month/day/year). I hereby acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms and conditions."
1. I am not responsible for your item being damaged in the mail. I will do my absolute
best to ensure that it is shipped properly, but once it is out of my hands I have no
control over it. (Note: I will not insure any items under $200 unless you pay extra.)
2. All sales are final if the item has already been shipped. No refunds.
3. If you choose to mail me the money, I am not responsible for the money getting lost
in the mail. I will not send the item if payment is not received. If you choose to mail
money, I will give you my personal contact information. I assure you: I am not here
to cheat you out of your money. But if I do not receive it, I will not send the item.
4. Some of my items require a nonrefundable downpayment. I will not mark the item as
sold until I get this payment. Once I do, I will mark the item as sold and you have until
the negotiated date to pay. If you don't, I'll refund everything but the downpayment and
put the item for sale again.
5. I will no longer accept late payments on a payment plan. We will schedule a due date
for your payment and if you miss it you will be charged $25 per missed payment. If you
should for some reason ask for a refund later, you will not get back the $25 and you will
not get back your downpayment. Everything else will be refunded.
6. I do not accept due dates until specified otherwise. Even if I give you an approximate
date, do not count on that. Things happen and I may be unable to complete the mount
at that time.
7. Any items left in my possession WITHOUT CONTACT from the original owner, by default,
may be sold BY ME for MY OWN PROFIT after 12 months time. This does not mean you must
contact me every 12 months, but if I note you or email you or call you to tell you your item is
ready, or I need your input, or whatever the case may be, if I cannot reach you within 12 months
time the item will become MINE and WILL be sold. No refunds will be executed, and screenshot proof
will be taken to prove that you did not attempt to contact me within the one year. This year begins on
the date you signed on your agreement form to my terms and conditions. (Note: I highly doubt this
will ever occur to anyone. Also, you will be issued many notes and emails; I don't want to have to
take your stuff!) This policy only exists in order to protect me from vanishing commissioners!
