Anti-Drama Llama Movement NewsletterWhile not nearly as serious as the last few journals I posted, this was the journal that started it all that led me to found this movement. I am re-publishing it here for those to look at to see where it all began.

"Ladies and Gentlefurs,
There is a sinister force at work here on FA that is sapping the life force and essence from all the artists, writers, watchers, musicians, and creative people floating around here. Nobody is safe from it, as it will strike you at some point or another.
THE DRAMA LLAMA!
With no physical body, this malevolent being spreads like a plague on FA. People get over emotional over characters we made up, over relationships with others, over the he said/she said things that can be misinterpreted out of context.
Recently, I've taken up the fight to battle the Drama Llama by reminding people, some I BARELY even know, that there is still hope. The world is not ending because someone blocked you, because someone broke up with you, because the mole on your fursonas right buttcheek was drawn on the left by mistake, or whatever. A sound voice of reason and compassion can do wonders here!
With the season of supernatural forces at hand, do not let yourself get swept up into the Drama Llama's trap. Keep these points in mind:
1) Stuff regarding character details, artwork, or anything going on with or about FA itself is NOT worth getting bent out of shape over. If an artist flubs your character, big whoop. If someone is giving you flak over your art, what you're drawing, or who you are, SCREW 'EM! FA was meant for a creative melting pot around a certain theme, and it's nothing worth getting bent out of shape over. If worse comes to worse, IMPROVISE! Go with the flow and just have fun! It's just art, people!
2) If you break up with someone, or break off a friendship with someone on FA for one reason or another, don't go all emo and leave everything for good. You came here for a reason, and chances are good you met some good friends, put up some good work, and actually made a difference here. Don't go ditching it all because of one bad experience. It's a part of life! Besides, for every one person that gives you grief here on FA, there are two more to support and care for you in friendship.
3) TALK! Some of the dumbest things get blown out of proportion because some things might get said or done, and no one has the sense to open up and express their feelings. I'm not saying you point fingers, but if someone is doing something to irritate you, or said something the wrong way, LET THEM KNOW! Don't let it bottle up and fester! It could come out as a bitter rant or artwork meant to take a jab at someone, and then it blows up into an all out feud. Just sit down and TALK THINGS OVER!
4) Finally, when the chips are down and things look bad, whether it be love, money, job, art, whatever...
...it's always good to have a powerful soundtrack to give you strength. Music that raises you up, puts a fire in your belly, and makes you ready to go out there and kick ass! With a Shout and a Scream, tackle your problems head on! FIGHT for peace, justice, and understanding! These things are things the Drama Llama hates!
