I'm not sure I understand what do you meen contributing artests?

Contributing Artists are those that donate their time and energy to make artwork for the winner of our monthly raffle.

Absolutely! Although this is for those few artists that are willing to commit to every single raffle the Movement holds for a long time to come.

I've been reading through these things and I'd LOVE to join as a permanant artist :3 but also, can an artist get raffle tickets as well, or no?

As for what art? Digital full colored one character, anything goes. :3

Artists can purchase tickets during the last 3 days of the Raffle. This month artists are able to buy tickets between March 29th and March 31st.

The reason this is in place is to allow not donating artists a chance to get first dibs at the tickets on sale.

If there are slots left over, then ticket sales go up for the artists for the last three days. (This is a change over the last raffle where I don't think artists were allowed at all. Although this is my first time doing the raffle solo, so I figured it would be a good rule change.) The same basic rules apply too.

As for Permanent Contributing Artist and getting in on this month's raffle? Consider it DONE! :D

However, until we can think of a good way to raise funds within legal boundaries, then there's not much I can do with you guys for the time being...
