Terms of Service

Good lord, it is a...
Terms of Service!
(Here we go.)
I DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR REQUESTS.
I'm not able to take trades at the time.
Commissions are available when slots are offered.
I do not RP anymore. I may dabble somewhere every now and then but, for the most part, I'm retired from the hobby indefinitely.
Contact:
-- Commissioners over 18, please. Given the nature of most of what I do, no exceptions.
-- When a client contacts me for work, they agree that my TOS supersedes any TOS the client might have.
-- Slots will be offered through my FurAffinity (FA) journal. To reserve a slot, just reply to the journal entry or send me a note.
-- However, all inquiries, commissions, and correspondence I will prefer done through e-mail: electricsoviet *att* gmail *dott* com
-- Please try to be clear and concise with what you would like. From my experience, I tend to work best with visual reference, but textual reference is fine as well. For copyrighted characters, this is highly preferred. Overly long, short, language barrier-y descriptions may be subject to clarifications. I prefer to be thoroughly sure anyway, so don't be alarmed or offended if I err on the side of caution.
-- If you would like to be anonymous, just ask!
-- Private commissions are fine but are subject to a fee – it's hard to “advertise” otherwise. Please let me know during your commission, best prior to payment or should you want the .sai or .psd. Sending you the .sai or .psd is a $5 USD fee.
Subject Matter:
I am only taking FTM single TF images at this time.
I'm currently comfortable doing single character images with the subject's physical form heading in a masculine direction. This is not limited to hairy-scary muscle dudes; “bois,” bishounen, etc. are welcome!
Anything else will be rejected at this time. This will change in the future when I feel ready, so the door isn't shut if you have something else in mind. I have an F-List that gives an idea of my comfort level regarding different fetishes, kinks, etc.:
https://www.f-list.net/c/yevgeny%20b%20volgin
If you're not sure about something, just ask and we can discuss. Really. I love the hell out of “weird” exotic WTFs-ville stuff, so shoot.
Note: If you are commissioning someone else's personal characters, please show that you have permission and who I can credit for their ownership. Thanks.
Finally, rejection of your commission is nothing personal! Please do not take it as an offense in the instance I do.
Pricing:
-- My pricing is based off character complexity and the estimate of time it will take to do. What is below is a “base” for something like a generic fox anthro; a, say, herm multi-armed winged zebrataur with beaded dreads is going to be more.
Currently, I'm doing black and white, lined art only! This will resemble the recent stuff I've posted, including the featured image. The base is $30.
-- As of now, I am terrible at making colors look nice, and I feel it detracts from my work. If you would like to color stuff on your own, you're free to! You probably have a much better color sense than I do.
-- Coloring anything I do and reposting is fine. I'd... I'd like to see it!
Payment:
-- Payment shall be done over PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) at this time.
-- When a commission is agreed upon, the commissioner has a week, or seven (7) days, to pay or the commission and slot will be dropped and opened up to someone else.
-- NO PARTIALS. Unless agreed otherwise for very large (think triple digits) commissions, payment will only be accepted in full.
-- FOR PAYPAL, SEND AS “GOODS AND SERVICES” ONLY. Payment sent as anything else will be refunded immediately.
-- I will not start work on your commission until payment is received.
Time Frame:
-- Deadlines are fine, but I reserve the right to decline if I believe I am unable to meet it. Please specify if you need your piece on a deadline when you submit your description, otherwise as soon as you can, so I can adjust my commission schedule accordingly. Very immediate/impromptu deadlines may be subject to a rush fee.
-- Please allow 2-4 weeks for your first WIP. Touching base is fine, but please be reasonable in time frame. For starters, once a week is preferred, every day not so much and I’d prefer you not.
-- Should there be delays, I will let you know via E-mail/FA Note. Delays will be posted publicly on my journal as well.
Revisions:
-- Revisions are acceptable provided they are reasonable for the picture’s stage of completion. Example: Asking for a new angle/pose with an image at a thumbnail/stick bubble figure-y placement stage is fine. Asking for a new angle/pose with an image at a refined b/w image will be accepted as a new commission -- an accepted sketch is final for that particular commission!
-- Small revisions reasonably fixed within a picture’s stage of completion are fine provided they are not excessive – if you are unsure, three (3) requests is a good idea of where to start. A revision request consists of one correspondence note with the revision. Small details such as markings, etc. are fine. Anatomical issues (example: mistaking a bird's heel for its knee, legs that are jointed incorrectly, etc.) are exempt, within reason.
-- Again, large, substantial revisions that would have been quickly and easily fixable at an earlier stage are not fixable once accepted.
-- Redlining something for me is fine if you’re not that great with that words thing (it happens!). I would prefer it within the bounds of a reasonable edit for an image’s stage of completion. For example, poses and angles can only be adjusted during the thumbnail/goofy bubble figures stage. Completely new poses are not accepted for a commission with an accepted sketch.
Refunds:
-- If I feel I cannot meet your deadline or complete your commission and work has not been started on it, you will be refunded in full.
-- In the event of a client-cancelled commission, substantial work on your commission will be accounted for in the event of a refund to my best estimate. The commissioner will receive the WIP with the partial refund. In the event of an artist cancellation with work done on it, the refund will be in full.
-- I do not do “Ex Post Facto” refunds. When the commission is completed and delivered to the client, paid in full, that business transaction is considered completed; the commission is finished and done. Filing a chargeback to get “free” artwork will result in being reported to Artists Beware (http://artists-beware.livejournal.com/). Also, I will never give you the time of day again.
Reposting Policy:
-- You're free to post your commission on your FA gallery provided I am credited. Chans, etc. sure, anyone can post anything, eh, but personal gallery sites (ex. FurAffinity, Deviantart, etc.), I’m flattered, but you may only post what I have done for you.
-- What I draw for you is for your personal, private use only. Cropping for avatars, banners, etc. is a yes. Printing the sucker out and putting it on your wall is a yes. Reselling prints, advertising, etc., unless explicitly agreed upon, is a no, absolutely not.
-- I retain the rights to the image produced. You, the commissioner, have purchased my time and services. I reserve the right to repost, distribute, and use your commission as sample work or in prints. The original commissioner and any owners of personal characters will be contacted to the best of my ability in this instance. You retain the ownership and rights to your characters.
-- I reserve the right to modify and resell unused sketches.
-- The commissioner is free to change small details for personal use (ex. the color of the character’s nose), but if the commissioner wishes to repost their commission on their personal gallery, it must be reposted unedited.
– Anyone can color what I've done and repost it. Just credit me somewhere (and let me know because I want to see!).
Files, Edits, Etc.:
-- The commissioner will receiver a .png of their commission at its original size at the e-mail specified. Image size will be determined by the subject matter, but if you want a certain size, please let me know.
-- The original .sai or .psd with original layers is available but subject to a $5 USD fee.
-- The commissioner is free to change small details for private use (ex. the color of the character’s nose), but if the commissioner wishes to repost their commission on their personal gallery, it must be reposted unedited.
Uh, I think that should do’er. If you’re still here. If you are and you scrolled slowly and readerly-like down here, I might possibly love you.
Any comments, questions, eyebrow-raisers, please post here so I can make stuff better.

When will you be opening?
After I post this little thing I am working on (I think you might like it, heh). Hopefully tonight. I've spent the morning pulling stuff together; figuring out a TOS starting out is skeery. Here's to it working out, if for now.
And awesome :3 can't wait to see it :3
