As a commissioner you are expected to read, be familiar with, and follow this policy.
It may be updated at any time. By commissioning me, you're stating that you agree to these terms.
Please do NOT rush me. Rushing is considered rude and causes unnecessary stress, both of which will make it harder to work and it will take longer.
Be civil and respectful. If you are not capable of this, I will refuse/cancel your commission, and will not consider commissions from you in the future.

- Content
-- I WILL: Ink, color & shade art work of others as long as I have permission from the original Artist, as well as, the Commissioner.
-- I will also create adoptables from free-to-use bases, as well as, bases I have paid for.
-- I will also add in backgrounds and do extra details (such as glowing) if so desired.

- Payment
-- Payment through Paypal only.
-- 50-100% of the commission must be paid up front, after the commission has been agreed upon. The commissioner can choose to make one payment, or installments.
-- Initial invoice must be paid within 48 hours. Full payment must be complete before the final image is given to the commissioner.
-- IMPORTANT: IF NOT PAYING VIA INVOICE (sketch stream, etc) – do not put anything about the commission content in the payment info AND make sure to mark as “no shipping required”.

- Applying For A Commission
-- You MUST have a good visual reference to order a commission. Exceptions MAY be made for thorough written descriptions.

- Artist & Commissioner Rights
-- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
-- I keep the rights to the art piece.
-- I reserve the right to use any commission I do for prints, portfolios, examples, etc. unless we discuss otherwise before the commission is started.
-- You DO keep the rights to any of your characters shown in the image.
-- You DO have the right to repost the small/watermarked image anywhere you choose and to use the
image for personal use, as long as credit is given to me with a LINK and no money is made from the image.
-- You DO NOT have the right to post any unwatermarked version of my art.
-- You DO NOT have the right to sell any part of the artwork in any way, shape, or form. This includes but is not limited to prints, portfolios, and paysites.
-- You DO NOT have the right edit the image in ANY way, except for the condition listed above or if you wish to make an icon out of it. This includes, but is not limited to: removing my signature/watermark, recoloring a colored image, adding text over the image and/or using it for an advertisement.

- Refunds
-- If the commission is canceled before it has been started, a full refund will be offered.
-- If the commission has been started, a partial refund will be offered.
-- If the commission is finished, a refund will NOT be available.
-- If for some reason I cannot complete your commission, I will inform you and offer you a refund.
