Adoptables Rules For 2015

Okay I am going to put rules and terms of use here in one place! These are effective for 2015!!!
Key: **** means it might change in the future.
Rules for any Adoptables made by only 
TalenDoneo
- ONLY PAY WHEN TOLD IT IS OKAY!!!
- Excepting PAYPAL: Buyer must pay the fee and use goods/services option unless I give you an invoice which will include the fee.
- Excepting POINTS: Buyer will send the points under the Give Points option in the GIVE menu.
- You will have 24 hours to pay or you will forfeit your claim. I.E. You will have 24 hours from the time I either give my PayPal information or an invoice to you or the adopt will be up for sale again.
- Only real claims are welcomed, i.e. you MUST have the funds on hand. Holds will be posted on the submission.
- Once payment is received then individual will get an unmarked/separate version of the adopt.
- Once paid for you can make changes to the design, I would love for you to stick to the original design as much as possible. I.E. Don't make big changes where you can't recognize the original design. You can change the gender of the adopt.
- You must credit TalenDoneo for the original design at least once but more is welcomed. Also, you are not allowed to claim the artwork your own! ( I really want to see what you draw or have drawn for them! )
- You may trade/gift the adopt.
- You can only resell at the price you bought the design for. Please tell me that you are reselling so I can help wit the price and so I know who the new owners are!
- Of course once bought, please feel free to create a back story/make it an OC/draw/or anything with the adopt. Just make sure you love them all together with all your heart!! <333
- You must also be respectable to each other and to me! IF I see anything that is not right, you will be asked to take down your comment or I will do it for you. If you are overly rude you will be reported on a Journal that will be public as well as Blocked from all adoptables from me. I will NOT take bullying or people be rude. I deal with that shit in my job and I will not take it here. Call me a witch but I and the other people commenting will not be harassed!!!
Rules for any Luptera Adoptables made by TalenDoneo or

- ONLY PAY WHEN TOLD IT IS OKAY!!! YOU MUST ONLY GET PERMISSION FROM EITHER ME OR FeverTheWarrior. IT WILL BE STATED ON THE SUBMISSION ON WHOM IS THE ONE IN CHARGE OF GIVING PERMISSION.
- Either EITHER ME OR FeverTheWarrior can make a LUPTERA adoptable considering they are the ONLY ones that are the CREATORS.
- Excepting PayPal: Buyer must pay the fee and use goods/services option unless I give you an invoice which will include the fee.
- Excepting POINTS: Buyer will send the points under the Give Points option in the GIVE menu, and again it will say in the submission whom is giving the okay to send payment.
- You will have 24 hours to pay or you will forfeit your claim. I.E. You will have 24 hours from the time either one PayPal information or an invoice is given to you or the adopt will be up for sale again.
- Upon the chance of an auction, please refer to auction rules.
- Once payment is received then individual will get an unmarked/separate version of the adopt.

Rules for Auctions from TalenDoneo
- ONLY PAY WHEN TOLD IT IS OKAY!!!
- Only excepting PayPal at the moment; Buyer must pay the fee and use goods/services option unless I give you an invoice which will include the fee.****
- You will have 24 hours to pay or you will forfeit your claim. I.E. You will have 24 hours from the time I either give my PayPal information or an invoice to you or the adopt will be up for auction again.
- Once payment is received then individual will get an unmarked/separate version of the adopt.
- Auctions will last as long as it is posted on the submission. Holds will be discussed on the submission. Minimum increases will be posted as well on the submission.
- You will be responsible to bid under the BID HERE comment and bid in chain.
- If there is an Auto-Bought, aka AB, then you must reply to the main BID HERE comment. It is up to you if you wish to inform the chain on bidders but if not then that's your decision.
- NO retractions. ONLY real bids please.
