I ask at minimum that I be paid half of the commission up front. If you want to pay it all at once, that's cool too haha
Keep in mind I highly dislike doing buildings. Hate them even. But I'm open to experimentation for most everything!
I also have a right to deny a commission if it goes against my standards!

How much if it? And how much untextured?
