ϟPAYMENTϟ
ϟI will not start on art until I have received full payment.
ϟI accept Venmo or CashApp.
ϟUnless it's a very large payment ($50+) I do not accept payment plans.
ϟREFUNDSϟ
ϟOnce the art is complete, I CAN NOT AND WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
ϟEven if I make a mistake, I will not issue a refund. I will fix my mistake for you, but no money will exchange hands.
ϟThe only time I will issue refunds is if I get overwhelmed with work and decide I have to cancel your commission, in which you will be given two choices; wait until I have time to work on your piece, or receive your refund.
ϟRIGHTS OVER ARTϟ
ϟAs long as you give me proper credit, you may post your COMMISSION, ART TRADE, GIFT FROM ME, ETC anywhere you like.
ϟIf the piece does not have your character, you MAY NOT POST MY ART ANYWHERE, PERIOD.
ϟI will never sell prints of your gift/commission/art trade.
ϟI will never profit off of art of your character.
ϟYou are NOT allowed to edit my art, whether or not it is your character. If you need something changed, please talk to me.
ϟPRIVATE COMMISSIONS/ART IN GENERALϟ
ϟIf I draw something for you, and you would not like it posted to my FA, please let me know ahead of time.
ϟI am more than happy to email the file to you or put it in my dropbox for you to download so that only you will have it.
ϟAgain, please let me know beforehand so that I don't post something you don't want posted without knowing.
ϟWORKING WITH MEϟ
ϟI will only work from colored reference images UNLESS I am doing a reference sheet for you.
ϟPlease be as clear as you can about what you want ie provide references of clothing/poses/backgrounds, anything that will help me make your piece everything you want.
ϟI will work with deadlines! But I need at LEAST TWO WEEKS NOTICE. If I feel I can not work with your time limit, I will let you know before accepting.
ϟMy time frame for finishing a piece is anywhere from the day it is ordered/won/paid for to about a month. I work a full time job, and have a habit of getting overwhelmed, so I apologize in advance. I will do my best to keep in contact so you know what is going on in my life, though.
ϟI am more than happy to give your WIPs along the way, but please let me know before I start since I usually will complete an image in one sitting without breaks otherwise.
ϟDon't be afraid to note me with any questions or concerns you have about anything! I'm very friendly, I promise.
ϟPlease please please bear in mind that I DO NOT draw humans/humanoids. Period. I've never been good at them so please do not ask.
