* Quality comparable to most of my gallery
* Good drawing Wings
* Can draw animated scenes (not animations)
* Does not mind full nudity
* Price $60 or less
Can anyone recommend someone? I've got a few in mind but perhaps there's a new face in town who could use some scratch.
