Privacy Policy:
Our commissioners have full rights to photos of their suits, excluding using them for profit.
Our photos may be downloaded, printed, etc for personal or private use.
Pastel Kingdom has full rights to use customer-produced photos for use on their site.
Warranty and Price Changes:
All prices and/or quotes are subject to change.
We will only give out quotes when we are open for quotes. Do not ask for quotes at any other time. We will either tell you to wait, or ignore your message. Quotes last as long as our prices stay the same. Once our prices have changed, your quote becomes invalid and you must reapply.
All PK suits come with a free six-month warranty. All repairs are free of charge (excluding your side of the shipping). If we determine your suit has been purposely tampered with, your warranty will be voided, and the suit will be returned un-altered. However, your suit may still be fixed, with a charge applied. Any suits that have been altered for sexual reasons, ex: an extra zipper or hole, will have their suit's warranty voided, and returned.
Payment Info:
A nonrefundable 50% down payment is required within three weeks after inquiry to secure your slot. This covers material prices. The other 50% is required before shipment. Shipping prices are not included.
If you refuse to pay, we will refund you everything (minus the deposit) and change your commission into a premade, and auction it off. You will be warned of this.
Many payment plans are also available.
ALL of our payments are through PayPal. If this is a problem, please tell us.
Reference Sheets:
Please, as with all makers, send us an up-to-date, accurate, clear reference sheet. If you do not have one, please either commission one from us, or another artist for one. There are also many blank reference sheets of many species available for you to color. We DO NOT work off of descriptions.
Sizing:
We assume that the measurements and/or DTD are accurate. We are not responsible for any loose or tight fitting due to your weight change. You may request, after you've received your suit, for an alteration.
We have a strict guide for measurements. Any wrong measurements will more than likely result in a poor fit.
Age:
PK will only make fursuits for people of 18 years or older. We only do this to try and avoid size changes.
Last Minute Changes:
Please do not try and change your character last minute. If we have not started said part you'd like to change, you may request a change. However, if said part is already in the works, we will not change it. We ask that you understand.
Work In Progress Photos:
While we may not send you a WIP photo, as it takes up time we could be working on your suit, we always have our queue updated on all of our sites. If you desperately need to see your suit, you may request a photo.
Shipping:
PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR QUOTE.
All shipping in the US is $40-70. We always ship through USPS, unless otherwise noted, and ask for signature confirmation. We always give our commissioners their tracking number so that they can know when to be home to receive their suit.
International shipping is available, but shipping costs are custom to you.
Refunds:
As stated above, refunds for the down payment are NOT available. This money goes to supplies. Any other payments are refundable within reason.
Allergy Info:
I have a cat within the work space. While they may never come in direct contact with suits or materials, I cannot guarantee against allergens.
Contract:
When you decide to commission Pastel Kingdom, you hereby agree to all of these terms. PK stores copies of all payments, receipts and conversations, and we advise you do as well.
Contract Termination:
If we determine you overly rude or hostile towards us, we will terminate your contract, and cease working on your suit. This will only happen in extreme cases. We will refund everything but your down payment, and we will not send your work.
Contract Cancellation:
If you no longer want your suit, or something has come up, please let us know, so we can determine a course of action. If you are having financial struggles, we will keep your suit until you want it. If you don't want our work anymore, we will refund you everything but your deposit, and change you suit's design to sell as a premade. If you cancel AFTER we have finished your suit, we will only refund 50% of the remaining price (if you have payed us). We will change minor details and sell your suit as a premade. If you do this, this is not reversable once the suit is sold. PLEASE keep this in mind.
Deadlines
we do not work by deadlines! we can only give rough estimates of completion times and these are always subject to change due to supply delivery times and our normal everyday jobs. If you really need your suit in time for a convention, state so when commissioning us and we can preform a rush order for an added fee.
