Rule #1 - I have the right to refuse anyone service no matter what
Rule #2 - You are permitted to pay after the sketch phase is completed, it is preferred payment be made before then but its not a necessity
Rule #3 - Refunds are deducted from the work done, for example if you buy a full piece and ask for a refund and I've completed the lineart, I keep the expense of the lineart and the rest is returned.
Rule #4 - After WIP approval I will only make ONE last change to the piece and after that it a few will be added for any additional changes made
Rule #5 - I hold the right to post the image up in the locations I choose to allow, the commissioner is permitted to post the picture given credit to myself and a link back to my page and my signature is to remain visible and unaltered. No other person is permitted the right to use, distribute, repost, or copy said image
Rule #6 - If an image by me is to be used in commercial use I hold the right to ask for royalties or an extra fee. Commercial use is only permitted after I have been spoken to about it's use, the commissioner does not have the right to commercial use without express permission.
Rule #7 - After full payment is made it is left under the assumption that you have read and agreed to my terms of service, there will be no excuse allowed for breaking terms of service from there
