Terms of Service for my Commissions.

By commissioning me (THE ARTIST) you (THE CLIENT) are confirming that your age to be 18 years or older.

You (THE CLIENT) are also consenting that if any form of verbal, written, or emotional harassment directed at me (THE ARTISTS) will result in the immediate cancelation of your order(s). You will be issued a refund depending on the level of completion, but will not be given any un-watermarked versions of your order.

Falsified information (THE CLEINT’S age, copyright information regarding characters, etc...) will result in immediate termination of your order.

Payment Information:
⇢ THE ARTIST accepts payment via Paypal Emails exclusively.
⇢ Work on a finished product will begin after receiving payment.
⇢ THE CLIENT may choose to send payment after confirming your order specifications/receiving initial thumbnails.

Content:
⇢ THE ARTIST retains the right to deny a commission if its concept does not adhere to the Will/Won't Draw list which can be found here.

Refund Policy
⇢ A Full Refund may be issued if THE CLIENT must cancel the commission before any work has begun on the sketch.
⇢ A Half Refund may be issued if the sketch has been completed or line work has begun.
⇢ NO REFUNDS IF: THE ARTIST has completed the commission, or if a print of the commission has been damaged during shipping.

Process:
⇢ THE CLIENT is entitled to ask about the process at any point during said process, and is entitled to receive updates on their order.
⇢ THE CLIENT is allowed to ask for small changes to details at any point during the process up until completion. After completion, THE ARTIST will no longer make changes to the piece.
⇢ Requesting large changes (different pose, different background, more characters, less characters) will result in additional fees up to the original cost of the commission.

Streaming:
⇢ At this time streaming will not be allowed. This may change at a later date.

Deadlines:
⇢ THE CLIENT has the right to set deadlines and jump ahead in THE ARTIST’S commission queue
⇢ THE ARTIST maintains the right to refuse commissions based on deadlines that are impossible to meet, or otherwise interfere with previously set deadlines.
⇢ Same day commissions, or very tight deadlines will result in additional fees.

Distribution:
⇢ THE CLIENT maintains the right to post the finished product elsewhere, provided they have not made the express request that the artist does not post it either.
⇢ THE ARTIST maintains the right to post the finished product and link to THE CLIENT unless: THE CLIENT has remained anonymous, or has requested that THE ARTIST does not post their piece.
⇢ For an additional fee, THE ARTIST can provide a print of the finished work to the client which they may use for personal purposes. This fee may vary depending on the cost of shipping.
⇢THE CLIENT has the right to crop the image for use in: Personal Banners, Icons, Character References, etc…
⇢At no point during the process or after the work is completed can anyone other than THE ARTIST draw over the work. No redlining, no corrections, no changes.
⇢THE CLIENT does not have the right to sell the artwork, even if they are selling the character involved in it. THE CLIENT does not have the right to make a profit off of THE ARTIST’S work.
