One last cry for help

This journal WAS going to be me advertising story commissions to try getting my life on track, but then..this.
I got the Final Notice of Disconnect for my internet today. It went to the wrong house..like half my mail does, no matter how much I complain to the post office.
I have until the 7th to pay 181 or my net/phone goes off and then it's 355 to get it back on.
Now, I, having not realised this, used my last paycheck (I get paid biweekly), to pay:
Food (Barely had any)
Vet bills (one of my dogs was sick)
Painkillers (Hit my leg with a circular saw yesterday. ow)
Engagement party (3 different couples. We are doing it all together. Everyone pitches in, so I am not shouldering the burden of that alone. But I paid my part 2 days ago.)
I need help again.
